Jasper DiCarlo was excellent. He called me promptly and came by. I told him what I needed & wanted. He gave me an estimate and came back the very next day to complete the assignment. He delivered as he said he would. He brought me a folder with the invoice and even gave me a goody bag. Jasper is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jasper was contacted while working another job close to our house. We had been searching for a Mason for quite a while and took the opportunity to hire one already in the neighborhood. We need our brick home masonry tuck pointed in several locations and a few bricks replaced on our chimney. Jasper did a walk around with us and pointed out the areas where he would work. His act was very thorough, and his price seemed reasonable. We asked him to do the work. Since we were heading into winter, the start of work was delayed until spring 2023. After calling Jasper and reminding him of the job and quote, he agreed to start the following week. After a couple hours of work, Jasper claimed to be nearly complete. We took another walk around, and I pointed out the numerous areas he had spotted and agreed to fix for the quoted price. He acknowledged the work and got back to it. My wife and I had to leave for a planned appointment, so I again reminded Jasper of the work yet to be done. He stated that he would get it done, but in fact left the job site a few minutes after we did. Upon our return, we were disappointed in both the amount and quality of his work. We had paid the equivalent of roughly $250 per hour for a substandard and incomplete job. I would never hire Jasper for any masonry work we might need. If I wanted poor workmanship, I would do it myself and save the money.

Jasper completed two projects for me and did a great job! Very timely and efficient craftsmanship. So much so, we have another project planned for later this year.
