Mr. Joe Peller and his team did some exceptional work on our extensive basement remodeling project. Not only did Joe meet our needs as a whole, but he also was made logical suggestions and problem solved issues all while being open to changes and upgrades we determined were necessary as the project progressed. He was an open partner and attentive listener to both my wife's concerns as well as my own. His contacts for suggested upgrades for our custom bar top/built-in shelf tops proved to be worth the time and investment to the final look of our basement. Joe was always very easy to talk to, get in contact while offsite and responsive to the smallest details of our plans. He went above and beyond to make sure that in the end we were fully satisfied with his work. I would definitely recommend his services to whoever is in the market for remodeling their home.

We hired Joe to finish/remodel our basement after reviewing so many positive reviews on home advisor. Me and my wife can definitely can say that we are very pleased with Joe. Joe did an excellent job finishing our basement. Worked was done in a timely manner without comprising quality that was paramount for us. Despite a few challenges with the area around Radeon and sub pump. He worked with us with the flexibility to accommodate our concerns and requirement without an additional cost. Joe is very experienced carpenter who knows how to get the job done. He helped my wife and I plan out the entire basement which included a bedroom, bath/shower room, fitness room and living area (approx. 1,000 SF). Joe always had good recommendations which helped the finished project meet all of our expectations. The job was ran smoothly and finished in the quoted timeframe and price. I am recommending Joe to all of friends and neighbors.

Joe and his team were great and did a fantastic job on our basement. He completed the work in the timeframe initially given and kept costs to his quote. Joe listened to my requests and gave me good feedback, allowing for changes during the project. The only thing I wish Joe did a bit better was communicate with us. Due to the pandemic, it took a while before Joe was able to start on our project and we had to continually reach out to him for updates instead of him reaching out to us. Additionally, while I understand that he had other projects to do during "down days" on ours, his communication as to whether or not he would be at our home was very last minute. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for construction work on their home as long as you know that you need to initiate the communication!

Joe did a good work in our basement. He has good ideas and recommendations but took longer than expected.

Top notch professionals in every aspect of construction - courteous team, respectful, on time, on budget - and honest. Our lower level was by no means a simple remodel, it included a gaming room, a bathroom and most importantly our wine room - which has already been featured in Wine Enthusiast. Joe and crew will be coming back to do more work, the truest testimony of the respect and quality of anyone's work is when they are asked to return to do more work. As an architect, it took Joe two meetings with me before he understood the vision we had, working with the existing conditions that arose he adapted to make our dream come true. You can not find anyone better !

He was quick in taking basement measurements and getting back with pricing. His pricing was promising and so was his work. He did great job and our basement looks just like we dreamt of.
