Contractor did a good job and was flexible when additional work was identified that needed to be done. They were patient when weather and material delays (not there fault) occurred. One area for improvement would be in their communications with the home owner. On several occasion assumptions were made without communicating it to me. When changes were made, we (contractor & me) should have clearly stated the increased cost and my full acceptance of that cost. This should be improved but, was not a major issue, I would still recommend Kaizer Const.

GARY IS TRULY A PROFESSIONAL AND TAKES GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK.I USED HIM TO FIX A BAD LEAK IN MY ROOF....HE REPLACED THE ROTTED PLYWOOD ,PAPERED,SHINGLED AND REPLACED VENT PIPES THAT WERE CRACKED AND LEAKING(I DID NOT KNOW THAT)...HIS CRAFTSMANSHIP IS SO GREAT I CANNOT EVEN SEE THE AREA OF REPAIR.............I HAVE ALREADY SCHEDULED HIM FOR 3 OTHER JOBS.HIGHLY RECOMMEND FROM A WOMAN WHO IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A LARGE REMODEL.HIS PRICING IS VERY AFFORDABLE.THANK YOU DIANA

Mr. Kaizer's work was very professional and thorough. He found an issue with my roof that I was not aware of which could have cost me a lot more money. I will hire him again at the point that I am ready for a new roof. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs roofing done to their house. I was very satisfied. Thanks so much!

The ceiling repairs didn't blend in to the existing accoustical design as they had said they would. Paint was left on the piano and ceiling fans. Paint was also left on the carport area where the equipment was set up. I probably would not use them again if I needed additional work done.
