Keystone replaced our siding and was fantastic to work with. We will use them again for our window project.

We had Keystone complete a Home Remodel project this past month and are happy with the results and the communication we had throughout the process.

Work started Tuesday- 7/27 and on to Wednesday. I sent them a lot of money Wednesday. No workers or phone calls on Thursday or Friday. So that is a no-call no-show on Thursday and Friday. Now, it is Monday- 8/2, and still no workers or communication. New siding and windows job. Update I guess they want to come back to work. I will let you know how it goes They came back to work Wednesday 8/4 and worked until 1pm Friday. They left without warning leaving broken glass, sharp metal, and wood with nails facing up lying just inches from my walkways! They left my home air conditioner power supply box just hanging by the wires! Wow! Last but not least they put siding over my dryer vent that goes outside. I repeat they installed Hardie plank over my dryer vent! Elementary clean-up with about a thousand safety hazards left for over the weekend. I texted both the owner and field manager at 3pm with my concerns and pictures. Neither of them got back to me. Thanks, Keystone! They are crooks that never finished the project after taking our money. Please beautiful people DO NOT hire this company for anything or you will regret it.

Bryan was our sale rep, and did a thorough walk through of the job scope. Jesse was our foreman and made every other day visits. Overall satisfied with project, and we referred family friends who are now having their patio built by Keystone.

Hired to install quarter round and weather stripping on 3 doors. Quality was not acceptable. There was a disconnect between defining the scope/estimating to the crew performing the work. Turned a job that was quoted for 2 days into 2 weeks.

This is worst company I have ever dealt with. I spent over $13k on windows and none of them work. I have been calling the company for weeks and they do not return my calls. They are conmen and just a horrible experience and they need to be stopped. Please do not use this company, give great pricing because they do not install or repair anything correctly. I have filed complaints with the BBB and Texas AG.

Had a wonderful experience with Greg and the install crew. They followed proper guidelines when in my home and wore masks to make me and my wife feel comfortable. Highly recommend
