I am a lifelong contractor and teach contractors. Kivo is the most professional, old school, hard working, go the extra mile contractor I've seen in 35 years. If you knew me you would not believe I am writing this review. Extraordinary team and he should receive a contractors PhD in running what is a fairly complex company with lots of moving parts. Had to do things we never discussed to make it work and he just did them. Most importantly they took up our entire concrete driveway all of the papers that we had to the front door and replaced the entire thing in 3 days.

Kivo was quick to answer my call. I listened to his recommendations . He seemed to know exactly what I wanted and set the plan in motion. The team of workers were polite and knew what they had to do and did it. They were fast and got the job done in record time. I even asked them to do more than what we first talked about and they still got the job done in 3 days. I would recommend Kivo to anyone. Very very satisfied.

In the process, the hardest thing was connecting, but that was due to office folk being out, and Kivo having other projects. It was not a long wait by any stretch. They do need to clear their phone messages so new ones can be left. But, I would hire them in a heartbeat.
