Kivo Lawn Property Maintenance

I felt duped. I paid for 60 plants and got 47. I asked for plants that did not need watering and appropriate for sun light. Sun plants were planted in the shade and shade plants were planted planted in sun. I got hibiscus tree they are diseased, one is already dead. I paid extra for weed barrier and they did not put any in the front flower beds. They took down my fence to place pavers and never placed the fence back even asking several times for follow up; and now they wont return my calls to get the barrier in and deliver more plants. At first they were very friendly and I have experienced the opposite of how they present themselves.

Quick and friendly, great work, and I will be using them again for future projects. Be prepared to pay cash or check, though, because they are not tech friendly. Overall, I would give them a 10 out of 10!

The team was on time and did a great job on the trees and the cleanup.

I wrote a check by mistake for a lot more then what was agreed upon and realize a few min after the crew left and I called Kivo and he return the check and I did not have to a stop payment. He and his crew are very honest. I plain on having them maintain my garden all though the year. Julie

I contacted Kivo and he came over to give me an estimate the same day. He had his guys here working on the paver installation right away and they finished the same day. We ran into a problem with the sprinkler line, but he had a sprinkler guy come and fix it within a few hours. He is reliable and his team does a great job

I contacted Kivo and he came out the same day and gave me an estimate to remove a wood sidewalk and replace with pavers. We agreed to a day to start and a price of 1700 dollars. He showed up with two of his employees on the agreed time. His men started at 730 and completed the work at 1200. They were professional in every sense of the word. The sidewalk is beautiful and well worth the money. I highly recommend him.

They put a superior underlayment of concrete under the pavers. The fit of the pavers is flawless. My brother-in-law hires contractors all the time and was saying how great a job they did. This is going to last a long time. We love it and are really enjoying the beautiful patio and firepit!!! I have recommended them to neighbors and good friends who also use them. Highly recommend whatever Jose says! Go with it!

Great job

Removed existing sidewalk and planter and installed pavers. Installed pavers on existing patio and removed section of sidewalk and installed pavers to ramp up to the new patio. All work was performed per our signed contract. Would recommend them for future work.
