Product was defective plus it was installed incorrectly. Had to have tech come out more than four times. To this day we have extremely salty water coming out of the faucets whenever the system regenerates. Would not recommend.

They were helpful all along the process. They also came out to do repairs after the freeze caused the pump housing to split and several broken pipes.

DO NOT USE!!! I would rate it a 0 star if possible. This company installed a whole house carbon system and water softener along with an RO system in our kitchen in September 2023. Overnight, the RO system sprung a leak under the sink and flooded our kitchen due to a faulty plumbing connection (undisputed). I have been following up on the damage claim reimbursement since. Calls, texts, and emails go unreturned, and no one has any answers nor has there been a resolution. If that was not bad enough, there is a horrible sulfur smell that has developed at every faucet. After numerous service calls, chemical adjustments, replumbing of the system, etc. there is no resolution. This has been going on for months despite constant follow-up. I am done! They can refund the $5k I spent on the system, reimburse me for the damage incurred and take their equipment back. DO NOT USE!!
