    Jim is excellent. He contacted us quickly, came out to assess our shower door issue (it needed a new continuous hinge). He said he'd try to find the part and call back the next day. And he did call us back the next day. Unfortunately the shower door manufacturer doesn't make our door any longer so no parts were available. However, Jim proposed a way to repair it that would give us 3-5 more years of use before having to install a new shower enclosure. I recommend Liberty to everyone, Jim is such a first rate professional. I will always call him when I have shower door issues.

    Our shower glass has become etched over the 21 years we have owned our house (city water). I contacted Liberty and Jim, the owner, came out and assessed the damage and recommended glass replacement. The repair was scheduled and both my wife and I are delighted with the repair and customer service. We definitely recommend Liberty Shower Doors.
