    The original job I contacted Mark for (Fascia Repair near the roof), he said he could do and gave me a price, but then back out saying his helper would climb a ladder that high. I gave him another chance, to mortar some capstones re-paint a stucco wall along my driveway and into my portico. I had to call him twice about the date when he did show up, he was late. The 1-day job took two days because he only worked a few hours the 1st day saying it was too hot. The 2nd day while painting I noticed he was getting white overspray on my bushes, creeping Jasmine driveway!! When I questioned him, he made contradictory statements like I have been doing this work for 17 years and I am not perfect. Furthermore, His mixer was dripping brown paint (from a previous job) into MY 5-gallon white paint bucket and when I said something, he carelessly said, he would just mix it in and out will be ok. I saw where he spilling mortar in my driveway in 4 spots the day before, which was now hardened to the concrete driveway. I told him to do no more & pick up his things and leave. Do yourself a favor, do not hire this one!

    Did an excellent job repairing the stucco around my house as well as repairing some drywall due to water damage. He supplied all paperwork I wanted as well as answered all my questions. He went above and beyond what work was listed in the contract. Will keep him in mind for my next project.
