We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and customer service provided by Alex and his company. They installed sod in our front and back yards, and the back yard has several patchy areas because they left too big a seam between the pieces of sod. Also, every one of the plants and flowers they planted had to be replanted because they were planted incorrectly. The holes were too shallow. And some were too close together. Today we asked Alex to replace the pieces of sod that were installed wrong and told him we already paid someone $600 to replant the flowers and shrubs that they installed wrong. He refused to admit that his guys had made any mistakes with the sod installation and blamed the grass on our 14-year-old dog, who can barely walk, saying she dug holes. He had the nerve to say this, even though you can clearly see lines where there is a gap between the sod pieces. When I told him we had to hire another landscaper to replant, he said, "Why did you not call me? We knew you were not going to accept responsibility and fix your mistakes. Alex pretends to be a professional landscaper and presents himself as a very honest Christian. But it is all an act. Do not fall for it like we did.

Alex Lopez came right away to assess our lawn and give an estimate. We set up an appointment to do thr job. He came on time (in fact early), was extremely professional and explained everything he would do and patiently answered any questions i had. He seemed very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Lopez Landscaping.

Alex Lopez is a very honest and professional business owner, speaks very fluent English, and explained everything, viewed my yard and listened to what my plan and budget was, he stayed within my budget without trying to talk me into adding any extras. He and his crew were very prompt, courteous, and respectful of me and my property, they removed my grass and replaced it with rocks, finished the job in great time and cleaned up after themselves when done, I am very happy with the job they did.
