I was able to schedule my appointment with a two day window. They were actually willing to come the same day I called, but I was not ready. A two man team came, evaluated the situation and decided what would be the best course of action. We discussed and made adjustments to the quote. The original price was very economical and even with a minor adjustment I thought it was still very economical. They were fast and efficient given the challenge of 10 rooms and 2k sqft. They started working at 3:05pm and finished about 5pm. My living room and other rooms really needed stretching. In the living room they were able to remove about 4” of carpet, and on the second floor they remove about 3” of carpet in hallway. I took away 1 star because I made an appointment for 1pm, and did not hear from them until I called at 1:30pm. They arrived at 3pm. Overall I thought MI Floor Covering did a very good job, and I would recommend them to my friends and co-workers.
