Luis and his son are excellent craftsmen. They are dedicated to perfection and are very concerned with the overall impression of the project. Luis recommended some alterations to overcome some problems with the floor in our building and the result was stunning.

Luis and his son Omar did everything exactly as they said they would for the agreed upon sum. The job was done in timely fashion, the price was very fair and the job skillfully done. I could not be happier with the results. Exceptional!!!

Luis and his Son installed our kitchen/bathroom floors. They did a remarkable job, and Luis explained every step to us. They were very professional, showed up on time, cleaned all their messes and we enjoyed having them in our home. We would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Thanks Luis for a job well done.

I work for a family owned business, we had a very choosy customer we needed vinyl flooring installed quickly. Luis came the next day for an estimate, he and his family were on time and very courteous. They explained very step they needed to take, met with management and explained it again. He Even went shopping for the extra supplies needed for the job. He came the day of installation, again was very prompt, he ran into a problem created by the manufacturer of this home, he explained what he was going to try to remedy the situation. It did not work, but he offered an alternative solution , again he purchased the supplies and showed up on time. The install was finished, today the customer came to pick up her home and she stated that the install was better than the factory one. She was so pleased, the price of the sub floor and vinyl was very reasonable and beautiful. Image Floor Covering did such a great job on this we called them today for another job. Would have no problem recommending these guys many times over. Kudos and more kudos for a job very well done.

Both Luis and his son did an outstanding job on my hardwood and tile project. Not only did they provide excellent quality service but they were also extremely helpful, offering advice and suggestions with material selection, design, etc. Luis was always available for my questions as I was planning the job and also during the job. They even helped me out with some other minor projects that were not directly related to the flooring job. Really enjoyed working with them on this project and am already in discussions with Luis for additional jobs. Highly recommend these guys. Great work ethic and just all around good people!

Luis' installation of laminate flooring was terrible, in fact, it is coming loose and leaving gaps between the "seams". After contacting several people who have installed the same flooring, we've concluded that it was not installed properly. Also, he misrepresented himself in his original estimate and changed his installation plan, thus costing more money for materials. Luis is very charming and will try to win the bid by promising a lower cost, but we are going to have to go to the expense of having our floor removed and reinstalled. Ultimately the installation is going to cost more than twice what we paid him.

Luis and his son were great to work with, very timely, professional and a very high quality of work. I would hire these guys in a heartbeat for anything I ever need done again.
