GOOD SERVICE!

They were very professional. Introduced themselves, went over what needed to be done. Finished the job, cleaned up the mess, wet over the bill.....out the door. Would hire again.

Clear terms / rates. Able to discuss the scope of work to help one know the possible total cost while not over promising and under delivering. In fact, Gabriel went out of his way to help me decide what was worth spending on and what could wait. Also helped me decide options on what to do to keep the job in budget. Gabriel worked well with me and worked well independently, in other words he seemed to care about getting things done right but at a good pace to keep the value in place. Excellent communication.

Very responsive. Actually came the day of my inquiry. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions that saved us money. He worked very hard and fast. Thanks to him we are ahead of schedule on our bathroom remodeling.

I appreciate that they came out on a Saturday. 4 pm arrival time turned into after 7 pm. Electrician spent a lot of time outside, on his phone - think he was a junior person asking for advice. Stove hookup and 2 outlets took 3 hours - all wires already run. Expensive. They double charged me for tax, been trying to get reimbursed for over a month, giving up.

They were very disorganized it appeared that they were unclear as to what to do & I believe it took them much longer than was necessary to complete the job. Very disappointed.

They arrived about an hour late and Gabriel, the electrician, was wonderful. Could not of done a better job but the cost was $200 plus an hour, which I thought was a little extravagant.

They were hours late for a scheduled install appointment and then the crew showed up without the proper equipment to do the job so we had to wait for someone else to bring the equipment. Just not very professional as far as my experience went.
