Immediate call back on a Saturday morning; on site, trouble shot and fixed issue by noon. Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Discussed current well water system conditions with short and long term recommendations. Consider Mad River for future well and water system needs.

The quality of work from Zack and Joe was top notch. They came. Gave a quote Tommy. Just what we needed to fix our low water pressure and our hard water situation came installed. Everything looks beautiful back up. We are back up and running great company. I would recommend them to anyone they have to both be two of the most honest people I have dealt with so far in my home repairs

Fixed my ph problem, installed a new filtration system, bigger filter for sediment. Also a water hardness cartridge. Nice neat job. Fast install, fair price. I highly recommend Zach and Joe. From Mad River Well services.

These guys are the best! To begin with they are decent human beings that you can actually talk to and trust. They did not try to hand me a hard sell or a lot of BS. Like the other contractors. I met with. They knew that I needed help and that I did not have deep pockets and they did everything they could without sacrificing quality workmanship. The other contractors were not so honest. For example, one was deliberately evasive and wanted more just for the pump than I had to pay mad river and did not include the new water tank and associated plumbing and valves and switches. It was just for the pump and the guy wanted me to pay beforehand and then said that it would be about two weeks before they could get out to do the job. Then another place announced that it was a $239 fee just for them to come out and look at what I needed. Needless to say I canceled them immediately. Most importantly, their work is outstanding. They do not take shortcuts and they will NOT try to charge you extra for every extra nut and bolt that they use. They go the extra mile to ensure that they have done the best possible job. The quote that they gave me was what I paid. No hidden costs. The only regret that I have is that I did not order a couple pizzas delivered because these guys were here working right through what should have been their dinner time. They could have been home with their families and children, but they stayed here until I had water running in my home again. They are the kind of folks that are welcome in my home and at my table anytime. Do not waste your money anywhere else.

Excellent service and very professional. These guys know what they are doing. Had no water for a few days. They put me on their schedule on a late Friday, replaced my water pump and service the whole system. Highly recommend
