Waaaay too overpriced--was a 8 min. job for over $200. Won't go with them again.

We wanted a valve stem replacement for our sink. The rep told us it would cost us $159 per hour if they were to travel and find a replacement but the best place to go was Tuggy's. I went to Tuggy's and they showed me how I could do the repair work myself. This saved us the cost of having the repairman come to our place. The repair person was very professional in his comments and supporting our need to fix our sink. He was very friendly and was quick to respond. He ascertained our need and gave us the alternative for the best solution. I would call them anytime for any future plumbing needs.

We paid quite a substantial amount and our drain is still clogged, and much worse. Our renter was contacted and should be contacting you regarding this matter.

There was a problem with the quality of the initial repair work and I was uncomfortable with plumbing. I recontacted Magic Plumbing one week later and without hesitation or questioning they dispatched another repair technician who went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied with the final work.

Communication and timeliness excellent, as I submitted job request on Thanksgiving eve at 5PM and job was started day after Thanksgiving in the morning. However, price was noticably higher than others, and the quoted price was supposedly justified because of the need for a helper. I found out later that another of my tenants had to help the lone plumber on the day of the repair!! As such, I am glad the work is done, but am a bit disconcerted on what exactly happened and why I am paying top dollar.
