They did a good job overall.

They were the only ones to bring a camera to examine the sewer pipe at our first meeting. They were 2k under one bid and 9k under another bid. Work was professional, quick, no disruption to my household other then loss of the use of the driveway for a few days. They introduced me to their concrete sub's and ended up letting me have a separate contract with them. When the put the plywood down to cover the hole, where it crossed the sidewalk they put in asphalt to create a smooth transition and painted orange lines at all the crossing points, which made me worry less about people tripping and suing during the repair. Great company.

I needed a new handle on my sink installed, and did not have the tools to loosen the existing hardware (so I created this work order). The gentleman who stopped by told me the cost was $160 to do this work. It seemed steep, however I really needed this done. After everything was taken apart under the sink, he said he needed additional parts to complete the job (12" metal hose line to the sink was over 90 dollars), the actual bill was for $333.00, and he broke the stopper to my sink. He said he could give me a 'discount rate' at 200 additional dollars to fix the broken plunger, and that he didn't have time to do it right then. A new faucet should not cost > 500 dollars to install. I am very disappointed and feel taken.
