We had some water damage caused by a malfunction of our air conditioner drainage system. ProClean dried the carpet and hardwood floor damage and replaced the hardwood flooring with tile, at our request. The most useful aspect of their service was their documentation of the damage for the insurance company, including photographs and written descriptions. This service was enormously helpful, as it saved us a lot of time and work. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. We will certainly use them again should the need arise.

Hired them when water heater failed and flooded three rooms. From demolition/mold mitigation to restoration this company was fantastic. Crews were knowledgeable and hard working. Always respected us and our property. Showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Thoroughly cleaned up when they finished every day. Did not have to go behind them to do any cleaning at all. Quality of work is fantastic. I could not be any more pleased. The only problem I have is with this survey. It only allows for five stars. I would give them more if I could.

I wanted stains removed and grout filled in. Unfortunately there was ground in dirt, which I could have got out myself with scrubbing, but there equipmentdid not remove stains and dirt and now is sealed over so I can't get it out with out hiring someone else to remove sealer. Additionally, the grout they added smeared out of lines and is also sealed over. It removed no scratches that they told me it would. Looks slightly better -but nothing like pictures! Would never have hired them if I had a clue of final results! Do not believe befor and after pictures!!!!

It is always hard to respond without knowing who this is or just what occurred at the job. This is the first we have heard about any grout cleaning / repair problems in Destin and we always respond to a customer complaint. If this customer would please call us, we would be happy to look at the job and your complaint and see if we could fix any problems you may have.

I have been a customer of Pro-Clean for many years and have always been very satisfied. This time I had a tile shower cleaned and sealed plus a tile floor cleaned and sealed.
