Isaac Martinez was honest and a very hard worker. My weeds and bushes were overgrown and the work that he did I could never have accomplished. He arrived and gave me an estimate then let me know when he could perform the work. He and his crew arrived on the date and time that he said he would and I was very pleased with the work. I felt that although it is expensive to get this work done, he gave me a fair price. I would use again.

Good Guy works hard and did a good job

After quoting a price, which I accepted, on the 1st day he tried to reduce the scope of the work to be performed. I said no... After we got past that, after 5% completion he demanded 50% payment which was not part of the written quote. I said no, and he said he did not have money to buy mulch or pay his people. I told him to complete the work, per his proposal or leave the job. Since he could not pay his people or buy mulch, he left the job. I consider this person to be unethical and strongly do not recommend him.

Mr. Martinez responded promptly with a phone call to talk about the project. He came to see the project next day and requested we be present so that he was clear on what we wanted. He completed the job within 3 days. Our neighbors even commented on the courtesy of the crew since they had to access her yard to do some of the trim work. A few days later we had a large tree branch come down during storm and they came back to cut the branch. Clean-up and haul away. Great professional work!

It was 94 degrees out on a Saturday and the man showed up on time and worked till it was done. Great experience.

I had a hard time getting anyone to come out to give me an estimate. I tried going with another agency initially but twice they were a no call/no show the second time they never even bothered replying to my email. I was pleasantly surprised when Isaac contacted me right away and came when he said he would. The cost was a bit more than I had expected but then this was the first time I had any landscaping done and I was very pleased with the outcome. I’m considering contacting him in the fall for a fall cleanup and will definitely call him for any further major landscaping needs.
