The project was done by the owner, Pat Liberto, and he was great - knowledgeable, personable, straightforward. Before starting the project Pat surveyed each room, and pointed out that some stains could be removed mostly but there might be a faint shadow. All pet owners know that some pet stains cannot be removed. There are a few spots that we would like gone over because the stains did not really fade. However, the carpeting is still drying, so we will wait to see the problem areas after the carpet is more fully dried. And if the stains are still prominent, we will discuss it with Pat to see what he can do. Note: Pats partner was ill when the job was scheduled, but rather than cancel or reschedule, Pat did all the work himself.

I hired Matrix to clean an upholstered recliner and a loveseat that were favorite spots for our large boxer. Both pieces came out very nice and clean with no 'dog smell' at all. They were very quick and cleaned up everything - I would definitely hire them again!

Patrick did a awesome job for us happy we went with him. As well recommend using them. Just be careful because after I talked to him someone else called. Like he acted as though he spoke to me. As I was on the phone I saw a call back number. I hung up called back the first place Matrix spoke to Patrick. I was like I just thought I was just talking to you and he said no. So I also informed him how someone acted as though I spoke to him. I called them back asked for the price that is how I found out he was not Patrick for sure. Just make sure if you get a call back make sure you have Matrix on the other end. As well price very reasonable and as well same day Service. Thanks again Patrick:)

My family recently moved to Illinois and being unfamiliar with the area, I contacted the company through Home Advisor to see if I could get the bedroom carpets cleaned before the household goods were delivered. Pat was at the house the next day, got the work done and the carpets look great. His workmanship, customer service skills and professionalism were excellent. I highly recommend this company!
