The contractor came to my house damaged the railings, try to leave without letting me know of it. I addressed to him and his response was that he needed me to mail an invoice, he is making me deal with more expenses, time, and energy, I can email it or text it to him. or he can come to pay directly what I had already paid for for the damages he caused. when I addressed him he stated that he was willing to pay up to $100.00. I was charge $75.00 and I am demanding that payment.

Stephanie Matrix Cleaning Systems has been in business for going on 35 years. Like any other company that has been in business for that long, there will be an accident that happens. We did not hide anything. We nicked a rail coming up from the basement after we just cleaned it. When I came back into the house after putting all our equipment away. I told you about it. I asked if you had any paint from your painter to touch it up. You told me no. Which is weird because your painter was there. I said send me an invoice you refuse to do it. Again send me an invoice and I will pay it.

Matrix is one of the most affordable options AND best quality. Pat knows his stuff, gets right to it, and does a fantastic job. We had a lot of pet stains and odor on a 16 year old carpet and he brought it back to life. Couldn't recommend more highly

Excellent job but very pricey!

Patricia thank you for the review, as I explained when I came out to give you a estimate on over 5,000 square ft of multi colored wool carpet. That they natural fibers have to be cleaned with dye- lock and cleaned carefully with takes time.

Patrick did an amazing job. He was very thorough and even moved smaller furniture to make sure carpet was cleaned. Very honest and price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Matrix Cleaning again.
