Jim was incredibly accommodating to the amount of work I needed. I had done some of the prep, and he gave me a fair price based on my efforts. In all communications he was professional and the job was completed timely and very well; he even fixed other contractors mistakes in the process free of charge. Jim did an excellent job installing and relocating a ceiling fan and a lighting fixture for us, as well as removing some old wall sconces and patching over them. We wanted a dimmer switch for the light, but had forgotten to buy one so Jim picked one up for us when he went to pick up some of his tools. In addition to his great work, he also showed up on time, was incredibly friendly, and charged a fair price.
