not responsive sloppy left a mess ok for the price buyer beware

I was very happy with his work.

We had existing floors in two rooms refinished and another 700ft installed to match. Jim and Fred were on time every day. They are professionals and work hard to please their clients. I would recommend them to others.

They were professional and on time. They did a good job. I am well pleased and would refer then to others.

Jim is a craftsman. In this case, it was just Jim and his assistant Fred doing the work, which was fine by us because I did not want a house full of people I don't know working on the floors. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent customer service/- showed up on time, did what he said he'd do, and did it well. No high pressure sales pitch, just a good guy doing great work at a fair price.

Jim went above and beyond! I had some new hardwoods installed in my den area to match the rest of my house. Additionally, he refinished my kitchen area as well. To say that my den and kitchen look incredible would still be an understatement. My husband and I were so pleased that we can't wait to have our upstairs refinished. I had three other quotes before him and while all were in the ballpark, I went with Jim since he had such extensive experience working on hardwood floors. For the quality and the price, I highly recommend Jim if you are considering a flooring project in your house. I have already told a few friends of mine about him as well. You don't find too many people like Jim who have an honest work ethic in addition to performing high quality work.

Jim was very forthcoming is exactly what the project would entail, how many days and hours he would be here, etc. He worked out his schedule around mine. Very responsive and the floors look beautiful. Lots of company for Christmas day so I could show them off. I would hire him again for sure.
