Very impressed with professionalism and the first contact. After that it went downhill. They never returned our phone calls or emails. After waiting 3 months, we cancelled the contract. The work was never done.

Overall McNally did a good job, except that they were a little messy and only removed my old ugly looking asphalt when I called them several tomes. After all we were quite satisfied.

Thank you so much for the feedback and review and yes unfortunately when you deal with heavy equipment It can get a little messy especially when you blow a hydraulic line winds up covering your workers yourself and the homeowners property lol once again we do apologize about that but I'm glad we got it cleaned up for you.

The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, took care to do a good job; kept after it even in a pouring rain for the last hour or two of the job. Update to review on 6/26/19: The snowplow during the winter damaged the driveway apron. In March, I spoke with the owner and he said it would be covered under warranty. I have not been able to get back in touch, but he has not contacted me back.
