Gary is a true professional. Answered request promptly. Call an hour before appointment to confirm he was coming. Identified and explained the problem - cable had to be replaced. He checked the whole system and tell me how to maintain it. The price for the service was adequate. I will definitely use Metro Door again if needed. And recommend them to all my friends.

Gary was fantastic. He came out for an assessment and quote, but had recommendations, allowed us to combine the repair with a Groupon right on the spot, did the work, and was in and out in well under an hour. He had maintenance suggestions as well.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
