We had an agreed upon monthly rate for lawn mowing, based on it being mowed on a weekly basis. There was never a set schedule, so I never knew when, or if it would be mowed. I was out of town for a couple of months, and fortunately I had a friend in town that monitored things for me. My friend notified me it hadn't been mowed in over 2 weeks! When I called him his only response was "yeah, that's my fault." No kidding, it sure as heck wasn't mine! He never called to say he couldn't get to it, nothing. So if i hadn't had someone monitoring what was going on, he would have been paid for services not rendered. Also didn't return calls.

We at Mighty Maids and Mighty maids are a small family owned business and are able and willing to take on just about any job thrown our way. We strive to make all of our customers happy and to leave their homes or busienss better than we found it. In this siuation the customer and I did speak about the missed appointment. We had taken on more that we could handle and I did attempt to contact her. we made it up to her with an extra mowing. In addition she neglected to mention we fertilized her yard twice and aerated her lawn for free. While she is unhappy please see the reviews from all our happy customers! Ralph called the very day I submitted my request and went by the property to assess the job. He called back that day with an estimate and scheduled the date to get started. He showed up when he said he would, worked all day and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased. I would definitely recommend his services to others and look forward to working with him on a maintenance basis in the future.

Sprayed for weeds. Excellent results. Arrived 1 hour + beforee scheduled appointment. Technician should have called and updated arrival time.
