Miguel responded in a timely manner. He came out a looked at the problem and gave me an price and time for repair. Even though weather was not good and might not be able to come he kept in contact with me and when weather cleared the same day repairs were made. He cleaned up the area and even help with a minor light fixture issue in my kitchen at no cost. He was very professional
