Terrible He knew nothing about the propane fireplace. Said he couldnâ t figure it out. $150 to tell me that what a rip-off You should screen your clients a lot more. Never call you again.

I understand your frustration. With this being the 3rd unit you have replaced in a short amount of time my suggestion is that you go with a different manufacturer. Unfortunately the unit you keep replacing is known for its issues. It's something that can't be fixed. You must contact the manufacturer and try to get a refund. This issue is out of my control.

Showed up when he said he would and on time. Which is amazing compare to my many past experiences with contractors . Very knowledgeable about the repair and completed the job in the time he said. Mike is very friendly and a good listener.
