I would highly recommend Millspaugh Home Maintenance to anyone who is in need of work. I was very pleased with the finished project. ( It was siding on my barn). Worker were very clean and helpful while on site.

Were responsive, timely, and did a pretty good job installing a new front door. I will hire them again. There was a small problem with the threshold and they were again quick to respond and send someone back out to remedy it. Been working great since!

They came out to do an estimate - I told them about the gutter covers that I have on. On day of job, they called and told me that it might be a little higher than the estimate because they were having trouble with the covers. I would have thought they would take that into consideration after seeing what they were up against after preliminary inspection/estimate. Went with them because they were the lowest, and it ended up costing more than the second lowest by about $25. All in all, happy with the quickness, and job seems to have been done well.
