New faucet was installed professionally.
Called on a Wednesday and they showed up Thursday morning and had it fixed in about an hour !
got charged for a service call & for the maint service so double what I expected . Even though I specifically asked for a maint sevice call so i paid 150.00 to just come out to the house and 150 to clean & check
We regret that we did not explain our pricing structure fully. We do not charge a dispatch fee to our standard service area during normal hours of operation; the technician was asked to estimate the cost of replacing the system in addition to the requested maintenance service, which resulted in the additional time and cost. We reached out to the customer and resolved the issue to the customer's satisfaction.
Sean was great and very professional,
repaired leaking pipe ceiling
We had to have our indoor water main relocated. Overall, we were very happy with the customer service of Milltown Plumbing, they were easy to work with, quick and efficient. We did have a problem however, where one of the soddered locations didn't take and we had a minor flood the day after the repair. They were quick to come back and fix the problem at their cost on the weekend, as it should have been and I expect it could have happened to any sodder work. Overall, I would recommend the company for its efficiency and professionalism.
Unreliable
This job proved to be more complex than it appeared at first glance; our technicians were under the impression that it was a replacement of an existing electric water heater, rather than a conversion from an oil water heater to an electric water heater. A conversion requires a licensed electrician to perform the required wiring in addition to the plumbing work required to install the new water heater. We were able to arrive and successfully install the electric water heater the following day, the same day that the necessary electrical work was performed, while honoring the original quote. We regret that you were not satisfied with the service, and we'd like to address your concerns. A manager will reach out to you soon.
Solved the issue. Felt paid a bit more. But overall it was a good experience as they were able to solve the problem.
