The whole project, from old roof tear-off to new install, took two days...and that included new gutters and fascia installed.

They were amazing from start to finish! I must have changed paint combinations a half dozen times and they had no problem with that. Each time they brought a quart of the paint I chose and painted a swatch on my house so I could see what it would like a day after drying. Then when the house and trim colors were chosen, painted my whole house (which is a duplex that I own) in less than three whole days - and this was in the winter! I even have a 7 year warranty on the paint job - unheard of for most local pain contractors. They scrapped away all of the bad paint and wood rot and replaced boards where needed and painted with no drips, ridges, or mess! They cleaned up so well after they were done I think they left it cleaner then when they started! True thumbs up - I would use them again and you should definitely do them the honor of painting your abode! You won't be sorry!

After getting 4-5 quotes they were the only ones that seemed interested when I told them that my insurance wasn't going to cover any of the hail damage to the side of my house due to the deductible being so high. They didn't care. The guy told me all they wanted was my business. They ended up being the less expensive out of all the quotes also. I highly recommend them!

They came by on Saturday for the estimate which I appreciated. They replace a section of gutter that was leaking and did a great job. The cost was reasonable. I'd hire Monarch again.

Tim Flores was great! He was my point of contact. My subdivision was hit hard with a hail story last year. Monarch was very patient with my insurance company (USAA) and did my roof, siding, window screens, gutters and redid the foundation exterior coating. Overall a great experience. It is nice to have a one stop shop for all my home repair needs. Also, having a company with experience dealing with insurance company's was a plus since I am first time home owner. The last of the repairs were completed last week and overall I would recommend them to others - they are also now doing my neighbors siding. THANK YOU Monarch! A+
