The customer service was amazing. Other companies refused to even give me an estimate. They were too busy for my small job. Monarch jumped on the job right away and got it done in time for me to sell my house. They really strive to exceed expectations!

This company far exceeded my expectations. They were not the low bid, but I am sure glad I went with them. An exterior paint job in the middle of winter is a tricky because of the temperature and weather conditions. Even though I wasn't in a hurry, they knew when to come and when to stay home. They did it as fast as they could and do it right. The most important part of any paint job is the prep and these guys were meticulous. They were here for days making sure that the house was buttoned-up tight. They even replaced some siding that they couldn't get to look good.

Out of 5 estimates Monarch was the most knowledgeable, professional & affordable. The exterior paint job on my house turned out beautiful. The painters were very professional & cleaned up after each day they were here. I was hoping to get an appointment sooner, as I had to wait 3 weeks before they started, but it was worth the wait as they did a professional job at 99%. The other 1% is unsatisfactory as it's been about 3 weeks I've still been waiting for them to come & do touchups (overspray, underspray, remove a few paint spots) after full pay. Otherwise, I would recommend Monarch
