We're not sure what job this was, but we quote our hourly rate up front, and then work on a Time & Materials basis, so we're guessing that the work took somewhat longer than this client thought it should. We provide a skilled technician with a minimum of 10 years experience, fully insured, with a van full of supplies and tools for our hourly rate which is commensurate with other service providers.

The work was done in a rental since we are not there it is hard to say how the repair went on site. However customer service very helpful and follow up great when dealing with the problem over the phone. I can only assume our renter had a good experience. No calls letting me know differently.

Our front entry door was stuck. It wouldn't move with or without the key. Luke was our handyman. He was a couple minutes early, knowledgeable about the work, efficient, and personable. I would use him again.
