Eric was very nice and was here longer than he charged for--which is good because their rates are not cheap. 1st hour is $138. After the first hour, it's $88/hr. I had him here to repair window glass. He did leave some goop on the actual window, but I didn't mention that. I'm sure he would've fixed it since they guarantee their work. They are bonded and insured. Bottom line, if the most important thing to you is having someone you can trust in your home, Eric is your guy. If you're looking for perfection, hire someone who does the skill you're looking for on a daily basis and has perfected it.
The contractor came back to resolved issues, and we are now satisfied.
We have contacted the customer to try and resolve the issues. So far there has been no response to our email or voicemail. We had no indication until this posting that there was an issue, we will do everything we can to resolve it. Prior to this posting, our last conversation with this customer was positive and upbeat. Not sure where things went wrong.
