The name was Lori Montgomery. Got no receipt. I should of asked for one. Was very nice and polite.

They did a very nice job on our shrubs. They called right away and came out and gave an estimate. They arrived when they said they would and did a very nice job trimming and cleaning up. The price was high considering the time it took to complete the job, but the work was completed very well and it was what the estimate was. I would hire again but would ask how much time they thought the job would take and perhaps consider that in with the estimate.

They did a great job of trimming and shaping our shrubs. They were professional, on time, courteous, & charged what they said they would.

They were very friendly, and did a good job. They removed a few small trees which helped a lot.

They do not have adequate equipment to perform the services. Also, they did not know Cuyahoga Falls requirements for tree and lawn disposal. Some shrubs were not completely removed/stumps remained/even after bringing it to their attention. It was not a very good lawn reseeding job. I would not recommend them.

They are very prompt and finished all work, good communication.

They are very inexperienced, lacking knowledge and professionalisism. The price is affordable, but you get what you pay for. A neighborhood kid do a better job. There blades are unsharpened and the mowers rip the grass from the ground. They often miss complete sections. Every time I call to complain all they do is give excuses. The last time they basically called me a liar and came back and recut the lawn, left ruts in the yard and missed the same spot again.

They are very polite and affordable
