From the start the communication with Five Star was perfect. When the work began Cesar and his crew made sure the rest of the house was protected. They had the bathroom gutted and new sheet rock the first day. Total attention to detail they did an amazing job.

I had both a full and half bath totally gutted and remodeled plus 7 replacement windows. This was the first remodel project I've ever had done, so I wasn't totally sure what to expect. Brian had sold us within the first 5 mins with all that was included for the amazing price. It would have been insane not to add in the new windows that were needed anyway. The allowances within the fixed price are very decent unless you're looking for super fancy fixtures/materials. I wanted a one stop shop because I didn't want to have to go shopping for every little thing, though that's what ended up happening. I ended up being a lot pickier than I thought. Once we met for design, there weren't as many choices as I anticipated, but I found everything I wanted through Home Depot or Floor & Decor, and Five Star bought everything. We worked everything out with Donna, who is lovely, before the work started. Pete and Sabi did the work, and they were wonderful. I had absolutely no doubts about leaving them alone in my house for 2 weeks. They ran into plenty of issues, but fixed everything possible. Sometimes I'd ask Pete's opinion on a color or style, and though hesitant to sway my decision, I really valued his insight on what would look best based on prior work. The half bath turned out to be more difficult than expected, but they powered through. There are some things that couldn't be fixed and ended up slightly imperfect due to the house's foundation, and I could tell it really bugged Pete because they care about their work so much. I'm really happy with all the work done, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Five Star again.

The project was top of the line, we have found contractors for life! The entire process was outstanding. From the moment Bryan showed up on our doorstep to the day the job was done, everyone has been nothing but professional and knowledgeable. We replaced the siding on our house and had new windows installed and our house is unrecognizable. The crew was detail-oriented and took great care in the work they were doing. The house looks beautiful and the little details such as the frame around the windows and the door are one of a kind. We couldn't be happier with the work that Five Star Remodeling did on our home. They are the absolute best out there and we are so glad that we chose them.

Bathroom is gorgeous and they gutted the linen closet to create a laundry area with a stacked washer dryer (dryer is electric with a contained vent). Make sure you get a solid timeline when mapping out your project. Big Dave is a good guy and a pleasure to work with.
