It took just 10 days from Mike R. first came on site, to the job was well done. This is THE best home improvement project I have experienced in the last 30 years, and Mike R. is THE most knowledgeable person. He gave clear, honest, and quick responses to every question I had (some of them are in the evenings and weekends). Indeed, FIVE STAR - the very best!

Nick and Mariana were fantastic to work with. Within the same week, they did a total remodeling of the bathroom and a good chunk of the kitchen as well. Mariana gave us great advice on styles and colors, always included us in the decision process, and always responded to questions in a timely manner. Nick, during remodeling, provided suggestions and consulted with us when questions or issues came up. His crew cleaned up every day and did a phenomenal job in the amount of time he was here.

Brian was very helpful in seeing that our project got started right after construction was able to start up. He got Maryann and Nick to help design and do the construction they are the best very friendly and kept us posted on the process The project started on time finished on time was neat and timely. I would recommend 5star remodeling and also that when you talk to Brian you request Mariana and Nick to do the job

It was a pleasure working with Nick and Mariana. Nick was knowledgeable, his work was clean and professionally done. He always double checked to make sure that what he was doing was what we wanted. Mariana was very patient and informative. I called and texted her many times a day and she always answered or texted me back. She was very helpful in the decision making process. She showed us lots of samples to choose from, and she gave us her professional input to help narrow our decision. I would use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

They torn down the old deck and built the new one all in a little over 9 hours. They were very polite and left no traces of garbage or work stuffs.

this Co. is very reliable and and super nice an fast. They know what they are doing . The replaced all the plumbing, took out old tub and put in a new shower stall and new kitchen sink.Beautiful job. Now I'm hiring them for gutters. Will only hire this Co. for anything that needs to be done. Can't go wrong.

I can not say enough about the quality of work and customer service they provided us. Brian made us feel comfortable to start and stayed in contact with us throughout the way. Great guy! Once the project began, I was I was put at ease by Sean. He was amazing. "No" is not in his vocabulary. He is so talented! And he was a pleasure to have in my home. Even in the midst of a pandemic, they made us feel comfortable. They assured us it would get done asap, they kept their word! Douglas managed the project and was phenomenal, even showing up himself to finish the tile so we had a bathroom as businesses were shutting down!

To expensive for what we had completed. Still, small things left unfinished. They painted the inside of the windowsill but not the window which means white on the sill and yellow on the window trim, Same with my closet, inside was yellow outside white and bathroom door. White inside yellow outside. Shower subway tile grout not consistent in level and color (gray) We wanted to keep our hexagonal tile floor, they knew this and several tiles chipped and cracked. They **fixed** it by putting caulk into them. Honestly they rushed thru our job, cashed my checked even though I asked, and they agreed to give me 2 days to shuffle money into the correct account and then the response was ... oops sorry. But nothing else. The shower door was not included in the original price and that ended up needing multiple trips to get right and now the marble shower threshold piece is unevenly discoloring. Save your money and go elsewhere. Disappointed to say the least.
