Write a Reviewhe lived up to my expectations! Better than that he lived up to my wife's expectations!!!
He saved my camper.but as business person not nice rude and abrupt when called him He refused help me again
This lady would text me all hours of the night drunk , very sketchy working with this customer. So I sent back deposits and told her to hire someone else , she was very rude as a customer.
Corey is a top-notch small business owner who strives to meet AND exceed his client's expectations!! I'm SO happy with his work ethic and integrity that he and I have already discussed him coming out every spring to do maintenance to keep our back looking ship-shape and beautiful. He was super responsive and kept me up to date on all scheduled work. His employees were equally of high quality and integrity! He was trustworthy as well as very enthusiastic and made sure to meet my needs. He's a standout small business who I highly recommend. Thank you, Corey, for such piece of mind and a fantastic job well done!
It was exactly what I was looking for. I had zero complaints. They were very straight up and honest with me. Nice to have someone working with me and explaining why we need certain materials and stuff.
Hired Corey to install two entry way doors and a storm door. Worked with his office manager to organize what we wanted and got it scheduled. Corey said he had done many doors before so figured it would be an easy job. Arrived on time to do the job. Quickly they installed the doors. The problem is when they were installed the threshold is way higher than building code which is .5 inch from the floor and is currently 1.5 inches from floor. My wife has already tripped going out a number of times. When I asked them to fix the problem I received an email saying they did not want the second half of the money for the job and that I should find someone else to do the reinstall. Now I am left with messed up doors that no one wants to touch. When I asked for insurance they told me to take them to court. I do not recommend working with this company. Just sketchy how they have treated me throughout the project. Just want the job done right and for it to be safe. Now I am out $1500.00 with the liability of a trip hazard at my main entry ways.
Customer is impossible to please . the customer had came back during install with the list of little tings that we needed to fix , so we did . ( doors that were currently installed were to low to floor so they had to cut bottom of door . customer stated we needed to raise doors ). we agreed . we raised doors to a normal height and customer inspected all before we left . customer approves and says looks amazing. this point all we have is deposit for doors . later that evening I receive an email saying doors are to high and they need to redone .. (not the case) so in dealing with this costumer before . very nip picky at the least . I decided to say I am sorry you do not like the install . so instead of paying me for the install today . take that money and hire someone that can better fit your standards . so customer got a free install . I do not feel that is a bad deal . I have installed a lot of doors and this is a first for me .
He was very good and knowledgeable. And did a good job
