DO NOT HIRE ED UNTIL YOU READ THIS! Ed was selected from several strong candidates & his price seemed reasonable. We didnt get what we thought. He didnt supervise his incompetent, sloppy workers. He showed NO pride of workmanship, constantly cut corners & left things incomplete. Wooden window screens he built are falling apart a month later; downspouts were dented; wires were cut, etc. The punch list contains 50+ items, damages he caused & items covered by the contract he said werent & would cost more to finish. Its about a month since we heard from him & I doubt we will - he owes more for his errors than we owe him to finish the job.
