Belinda and Wayne are the most professional people I have met in a long time when it comes to professionalism, promptness & customer service. My statement supports the fact of me having been an employer for over 10,000 employees/customers in Morale, Welfare and Recreation business. The bottom line is, I contacted 5 other Pool Companies after my dedicated pool company service manager (for over 4 years) told me to go ahead an uncover my pool and he would drain and clean the pool within a week. I contacted him after 3 days and told him the water was starting to turn green and his response was, "I won't be able to drain and clean the pool now for an additional 2 weeks." The pool became swampy like with tadpoles and spiders swimming freely. I contacted 5 pool companies and only 1 company besides Napier's Pool Service could support my emergency request to drain and clean my pool. The 1 pool company besides Napier's was very professional and prompt but Napier's Pools was my final choice when Belinda (Owner) came on site and personally assessed the situation, performed chemical tests and assured me she could have the swamp like pool rectified in 2 days. What a great job performed at a moment's notice. Thank you Belinda for being the owner of a pool service who showed a genuine interest in her customer's concern. I recommend Napier's Pool Service over the other pool service, who I care not to mention, whom I've spent lots of money on servicing my pool for years. Moreover, I've had enough of the unprofessional attributes displayed by that particular service manager. Finally, I strongly recommend Napier's Pool Service without any reservation.
