We had a home that needed a complete overhaul. Aric put in a new furnace, completely updated and replaced the plumbing, (water and gas) fixed a shower and bathtub, fixed hvac unit, along with many other things. He was very friendly and informative. Never hesitated to answer questions. He is very thorough which brought lots of peace of mind. He is also fair and honest. Both of which are hard to find in contractors. I would and will hire him again and recommend with 2 thumbs up.

Aric, the owner of this company, also installed a custom plumbing job of connecting my rain water tank to our whole house system. For both this job and the water tank heater install, Aric did a flawless work. Not only is he a master plumber (also does HVAC) but his work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. Mr. Nerat is, by far, the greatest Repair Man I have ever employed. He is prompt starting and completing his work. He has repaired several projects for me including heat/ air repair, water heater (gas) replacement, whole house water pipe replacement, faucet and pipe leaks, well pump repair, and appliance repair. I think some of these were because I had several unsafe, hazardous conditions around here that he corrected for my safety. The quality of his work is remarkable. He is Very Trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable, making him fast in diagnosing the problem. He always goes over all my options and includes cost effectiveness and longevity. He is quick to respond to messages. I can't say enough good about Mr. Nerat and the work he does.
