Nick and his team were very accomodating. They did everything we asked of them without hesitation. Nick answered all my questions very clearly and efficiently. Our roof looks great! But, only time will tell the quality of the shingles and how good they were installed. I can only assume that everything will be just fine and if not, I know that Nick will make it right.

Nick and his team were very accomodating. They did everything we asked of them without hesitation. Nick answered all my questions very clearly and efficiently. Our roof looks great! Very poor communication. We had many misunderstandings. Made promises they didn't keep. Were angry and upset with me for wanting things done a certain way. Mr. Nyugen did not supervise any of the work, did not take personal interest in how it was proceeding, (or not!) and did not take responsibilty for his workers. Workers parked the company van in my driveway with a flat tire for 3 weeks on what I was told initially would be a 4 day job then complained about having to spend so much of their own money on gas to get to the job. They did not always have the right tools for the job so had to borrow mine. Will not hire again.

The communication was all there. Mary wanted more then what was on the contract for free. We did everything in a quality manner and got the job done, even in the rain. She kept telling my guys to do other work then what they were there to do. As a owner I stop at all my jobs and talk to my workers everyday even if Mary assumed I didn't. This was a difficult customer. Homeowner and her friend even tried to fight my workers on the job. Our van did get a flat tire at this job but we did move and take care of it and had all the tools for the job. We kept all our promises and the house looks great. I would be happy to show Marys house.
