Paul is great, he's very good at explaining things and explaining how to address common issues (even things not part of the inspection) and even provides links with detailed information to better educate you, the buyer, on different stuff. Great guy and excellent work.

Paul scheduled our appointment right away and spent a lot of time with us looking at our entire house to solve the root cause problem (not just the area of concern). He not only provided recommendations, he sent us the pictures and links to products we should consider buying at Home Depot of Amazon. He sent us the information within 2-3 hours of being at our house. He was very thorough and knowledgeable! He won't be the one to fix the problems, but he will definitely solve the issues, and recommend next steps and contacts. I would definitely hire him again!

Wow, tough review. Richard did walk away from the sale based on my reporting of thousands of dollars of defects so he must have derived some benefit.

Paul is a great home inspector. He was prompt, thorough, and efficient in his inspection. He gave me a very detailed look at my house, and really showed me the detail work that should have, or was done during my home construction. I give him my unqualified, highest recommendation for anybody that's looking for a home inspector!
