Don Carlson knew the items were going into a storage facility but never mentioned that the insurance he had us purchase did not cover items moved to a storage unit instead of a house. Our printer was destroyed because they packed it upside down and the ink ran all through it. They denied the claim because we should have emptied it of ink before they packed it. Wood furniture has many scratches and a huge gouge but they will not take any responsibility.

I woudl have given them a 5 but affter I hired them I couldnt get them to anser the phone for questions a few days before moving. The packers and the truck driver Tony was great.

Two guys and a driver arrived on time and made quick work of loading up in spite of having to load out on the street instead of my driveway due to low-hanging tree limb. On the other end the next day it also went smoothly, with the exception of a few items that were unloaded into the garage and missed getting carried on into the house. And my load turned out to weigh less than estimated, so the move wasn't as expensive ! Would recommend this company.
