Nova Junk Removal

Very Pleased with the work done by Nova Junk Removal. They were on time and worked quickly and professionally. They removed a lot of junk from a two story single family home for us, including the attic and storage rooms. They were removing junk from my grandmothers house so that we could fix it up and sell it. Their crew of guys cleared the house out, doing work in one day that would have taken us months to do on our own. It was several (6 or 7) truck/dumpster loads of junk that they removed. I should have written this review sooner as the work was done about a month ago and we've been very busy with fixing the house up since then. Norman and his crew were great and they are also very trustworthy, they found things in the attic and bedrooms worth value, that they could have just pocketed and we wouldn't have known, but they let us know what they found and asked us if we wanted it. (even though we had told them to junk it all). Norman also came out right away to do a quote and stuck to everything we talked about and that was quoted, the prices stayed in the quote. He was very courteous and professional always answered the phone and answered any questions. We ended up needing junk removal a second time a few weeks later as we progressed with fixing the house up. We wouldn't have called anyone but Nova Junk Removal to come back. We called them back to come do a second job that Norman and his crew did an outstanding job on again. He also wanted to be sure that we were happy with the work done and checked everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. Great job!! So happy we picked them to do the job!

Omar was very professional. Nova was on time and got the work done quickly. The rate was fair as well.

Nour was VERY quick to respond and was incredibly professional. It turns out that our current provider had added recycling to their list of things that they do so we didnt need his service. In the future, should we need similar service I will call Nour thanks to his professional demeanor and quick response.

Excellent and friendly service!

Very helpful,on time. I had more trash then their 14ft truck could haul away. They worked out a good rate for the 2nd load to be picked up. I give them 5 stars if they do what they say and that's take all the debris away on their next pick-up. I trust them and wrote the check in full even though they didn't complete job. You have to trust someone and I trust Northern Virginia Disposal to do what they say. Will let you know the outcome on this Mon. or Tues.

THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY AND WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY REMOVED EVERYTHING I WANTED THEM TO AND EVEN A LITTLE MORE. I LOVED THEIR SERVICES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. I WOULD ALSO CALL THEM AGAIN IF I NEEDED ANYTHING.

They were great. They were there early and took care of everything quickly.

They arrived a few minutes late but, Nour had the consideration to call me to advise they were on their way but tied up in traffic on 95. The young gentleman who did the work were very courteous and concerned about not damaging any of my belongings or property while removing the items. They were very willing to do anything I required, even a few extra pieces of furniture I needed moved in my house. I would highly recommend Northern Va Disposal to my friends and co- workers. I was very, very pleased with their performance and will call them again.
