Very professional. Worked extremely hard to remove a huge oak tree that was dangerous because it had rotten limbs. They were awesome. When they finished they left the yard smooth and level and no damage to the house.

These were a great group of men. They can in and worked hard. My yard looked good with those trees missing. I usually blow off writing reviews but I get excited when I feel like I got a really great deal on something. After a recent wind storm, I began taking bids for the removal of a fallen palm tree. Oak Tree Service gave me a bid that was about 60% less than other bids I had received. I was part surprised, part happy to hear such a low price, and part suspicious of what I would get for my money. But this guy that handles the bids (Chris) was so impressive that my suspicions didn't last long. He wasted no time, spoke quickly and clearly with confidence, and in a short period of time he shared more knowledge about palms (and trees in general) than I ever expected to learn. He then emailed me a written bid statement and proof of insurance. The crew came 2 days later and handled the job as if they have done this a hundred times. While they were still there I called Chris and asked if the crew could do some additional clean up work on some other trees and shrubs, Chris gave me another low cost bid based on some photos I texted to him. Again they did a great job and knew what they were doing. Another guy came the next day to grind down the palm tree stump and level everything out. I didn't pay a nickel until everything was complete. Watching a tree crew work is very entertaining and sometimes scary and there is a lot going on, so I didn't notice until after everyone was gone that they had cleaned up limbs and leaves and debris from all parts of my property that were not even near the trees they worked on! I hope you have a successful experience with your tree service, as I did, and I would start by calling Oak.
