Oak Tree Services does an excellent job with good customer service. I called them to trim three palm trees that had fronds hitting my roof. My previous tree trimmer did not show up as expected on two occasions so I was looking for an alternative trimmer that was insured and did acceptable work. I called on January 20th and their representative came out the next day to give me a quote. He discovered that one of the palms trees was not healthy so we decided to remove it. The other two were to be trimmed including shaving the trunk. He also pointed out other things that they could do while they were here, such as clean up three oak trees a bit, trim two crepe myrtles as well as thin out some Red Tip Photinia plants. I appreciated the attention paid to things that I tended to overlook. The quote was in the expected range and they came out on January 23rd to do the work. The crew was very professional and worked efficiently. They did a great job of trimming and the best job of any company that I have used as far as cleaning up. I was so impressed that they even wiped the sawdust off of the windows. I definitely plan to use them again.
