Mr. M.[Consumer name withheld at their request], I am somewhat baffled by your review. We received a lead on the 23rd. Contacted you on the 24th, came to your home on the 25th and gave you a price of $125.00 to go over 20 FEET UP A LADDER TO REPLACE 2 motion sensor light fixtures. You agreed to the price on the 25th and the work was completed on the 26th to your satisfaction. You were sent a bill on the 27th. I am uncertain, exactly how much faster or cheaper anyone could have been. I take great offense to the "3 " rating for customer satisfaction and quality of work as you were extremely happy with the service, customer satisfaction and work when we finished. Mary

I recommend On Call Contracting Services. I hired On Call Contracting Services for an emergency wall repair due to an extensive squirrel and water damage. I found On Call Contracting to be prompt, professional and did a great job with the repair.

John and the team are responsive, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very professional. There was a team at my house for a day doing multiple jobs which for me was perfect! Since then I have no doubt or worries about projects that pop up when you have an older home - or buying a newer home- I know who to call and know who to trust, OCC!

I enjoy my interaction with Contracting Services, LLC. They where on time, went straight to work and completed the work in no time. Marty was pleasant. I think the price was a little high. I had all the parts and I moved everything for their convenience. Yet, I would use them again. Thanks Marty.

Mary was given the price before any work was completed and the price was agreed to. WE SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS EVERY YEAR TRAINING OUR PEOPLE TO DO A GOOD JOB IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER AND TIME FRAME. Apparently we should not be compensated for the time to get the materials, the materials and then of course the time to do the job and clean up afterwards. There were NO complaints on this job and the homeowner was extremely happy that we were able to get out there right away to help her fix her door.
