Reviews
Write a ReviewI needed a handyman for a small job. John was able to complete it that night. He was upfront about costs, and his pricing is fair. I will definitely ask him for help in the future.
Very professional. Answered the phone, returned calls and arrived promptly. Clean, beautiful work.
John not only completed the task. He was pleasant, sincere, and personable!
Came when he said he would and completed the work in a timely manner for a reasonable price
John Ott was the best.
John was friendly, very knowledgeable, and did a high quality job. I look forward to using him again in the future.
John Ott of On Call Contracting has impeccable bedside manner with equally impeccable craftsmanship for all my handyman needs..he was incredibly nimble regarding all the different projects I needed to complete..I would/will recommend him to everyone that needs any handyman services(especially trampoline assembly)
John came out to my house and gave me a fair estimate faster than I thought was possible. I expanded the scope of the work and he did not complain - rather he told me the price and we were off. John fixed a MAJOR issue with the structure of my home and then, at my request, fixed my entry way in a manner that ensures that the issues don't recur. I was so impressed with John's speed, professionalism, and work quality. He's a rare find.
Contractor was unreliable. Took too much time. Cared much more about money. Future customers should ensure every little thing is agreed in contract. Also closer supervision recommended.
We completed their FIRST water damage using insurance costs allowed, we went back to insurance co. To get them additional money as well, and we repaired the plumbing problem for FREE. The hold up came with waiting for custom chosen items to be delivered. 2 weeks after the first water damage was repaired and they wete using their bathroom they had a second leak. They tried to say it was our work but insurance company agreed different area than we worked on and again we went to bat for them 2 get additional funding from ins. Co. They did not want to wait 4approval from ins co and they did not want to pay for work that was necessary so we told them we could not work until we knew who was paying us. If we are such horrible contractors and only about the money, why did they ask us to repair the 2nd loss after it was determined to not be related to the first loss. These people wanted us to work for FREE and we simply do not work unless we know who is paying us.
