Ontime Piping And Heating is on TIME and on POINT! I was in an extremely bad situation. I needed a new boiler and hot water heater. Home ownership is new to me, and I had no clue as to where to start. So, I just started googling and I had several so called â expertsâ come by and give me quotes any where from $8,000 to $14,000, and I was told so many different stories. Well, I decided to go on Angi (formerly known as Angieâ s List) and that is how I came across Ontime Piping And Heating. Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by. Matthew and his crew were very professional and worked diligently until the job was finished. They cleaned up after themselves and disposed of the trash. I was pleased with the job.

When I initially met Matty, I quickly knew he was the right installer for my project. He reviewed my current system and recommended a solution that would work well without breaking the bank. I had envisioned a similar type of installation and his reasoning was concise and spot on! It got even better during the install. Matty and his team showed up and quickly got to work removing the old outdated boiler. Then, Matty showed his true brilliance. He took the time to lay out and visualize the new install before any work began. The work progressed quickly in a systemic fashion. You could tell that Matty and his team had many years of experience doing these installs. The final product far exceeded my expectations. The new boiler and indirect hot water tank are so much more efficient and work great. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Firstly, Homeadvisor recommended them, they came on time and installed my new boiler in the summer. I trusted them and didnt run/use it until it was cold... a big mistake! soon it would start banging like crazy every time it came on... soon, some of the pipes started to leak from it. I shut it down and called him. He came back and said some of the radiators are back pitched...it wasnt because I fixed that a long time ago... I paid another professional to look at his installation...the Hartford loop was installed improperly after I checked my old boiler picture and other pros. confirmed it! He came back to change the leaking pipe and correct the Hartford loop for which I paid him. Later in the night when the boiler came on the banging started and most of the pipe began to leak again, including some on the boiler itself...He texted me that if he cant fix the problem he would reimburse me $2000.00...he came and said some pipe is back-pitched again...and I offered to pay him to fix it again because it was getting real cold...called and said cant make it...Then I realized he didn't sure about his work and taught me it was time to seek other help...I got some advice from a licensed professional and fixed the problem myself! I gave him the opportunity to refund what he said, but he refused so we are in court...I will update later...
