Very professional, they pointed out a serious issue with the board that held the pulley to the wall (it was barely hanging on and bound to snap). The first company never even noticed the issue. Long story short, they did an awesome job, very fast and clean job. I would definitely recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Mike and co. at Overhead garage doors. He was very helpful through out the entire process, from trying to order a part to, when it became evident the part was not going to get here quickly enough, helping me to pick out a new motor for my garage door. He didn’t charge me for the first visit out to determine what was wrong and he charged me the exact amount I would have paid to have Home Depot install the garage door opener (and I’ve heard horror stories about Home Depot and their installations: from not coming on time, taking a long while to schedule appointments for installation, bad customer service, etc. ). Mike and co. arrived on time and installed the opener very quickly. They are very friendly and personable. They also offer a warranty on their services, which is great. I would most definitely use them again if I ever need garage door services and I highly recommend them.

They were very prompt, professional and courteous. Garage door opener installation was done quickly with a few other repairs completed for a very fair price. Overall an excellent experience!
